The cannyboard system provides the ideal environment: digital session board with multi-touch operation, video conferencing with Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom and much more, as well as screen sharing for everyone and a web platform for mobile devices. Any bet: you’ll love it!
In the meeting rooms, the 86’ session board becomes the centre of collaboration – a brilliant 4k touch system with camera, room microphone and impressive sound system. The panel functions simultaneously as a large screen and a sketchboard, and thanks to multi-touch technology, several participants can even work on it at the same time using a pen or finger. Parallel to the sketchboard function, the display shows shared documents for joint editing and connected participants via a video widget.
However, the real highlight of our cannyboard system is its co-working functions: All users have complete flexibility to use exactly the apps they prefer to work with. From conference tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet to web-based applications such as Office 365, Miro or Google Chrome.
Whether smartphone, tablet or laptop – almost all electronic devices can be quickly and easily connected to the cannyboard and the cannyboard app – regardless of manufacturer and operating system. This makes it possible to share posts and documents from anywhere in the world. Temporary participants or partners from overseas, for example, can also join the event at any time.
For trainers and moderators, the cannyboard system is also a real efficiency boost for their preparation: all preparation and follow-up work, including all processes, materials and tools, is carried out from your own desk and is optimally secured via the cloud.
