Our space is also more than impressive: Our own room capacities range from a charming 50 m² to an impressive 380 m², offering space for up to 380 participants.

  • Use of the conference room (incl. ancillary and operating costs and final cleaning) free of charge if the minimum number of persons is reached (except: the entire hall)
  • Octopus mineral water in the conference room (a selection of soft drinks is available and charged according to consumption)
  • Candy bar with various sweet and savoury treats in front of the conference room.
  • Vitality lunch for the lunch break: either as finger food, buffet or 3-course menu (including octopus water on the table)
  • Dinner (including octopus water on the table): either as a 3-course menu, themed buffet, fondue, barbecue from the smoker, Flambi barbecue skewer or build-your-own-burger menu
  • Free parking directly at the hotel (with our parking permit).
  • Use of standard conference equipment (1 projector, 1 screen, 3 flipcharts, 3 pin boards, 1 moderator’s case, pad and pen per person)
  • Coffee and tea all day from the speciality machine in front of the conference room
  • Active buffet for the morning break: homemade smoothies and sandwiches (side dishes change daily)
  • Culinary activity break in the afternoon: coffee and tea from the speciality machine, fresh sliced fruit and a selection of pastries (e.g. muffins, donuts, eclairs, crème slices)
  • Internet access and protected VDSL WLAN throughout the hotel
